The open area in this vertical roof custom building is 20 feet wide, 60 feet long and 12 feet tall – perfect to set-up an outdoor cafe or restaurant while the 20′ enclosed storage can be a utilized for culinary work. You can even set-up a small workshop and decor the outside open area for small parties and get-togethers.
This Utility Building has an additional lean-to of 10x60x9′ with vertical roof/continues roof style. There is one 10×8′ feet garage door for easy moving of large items on the back wall and one 36×80″ walk-in door for the regular in-out.
